Ben Sanders
Client Services Director
Ben graduated from Sidney Sussex college, Cambridge with a degree in Philosophy. He joined Mactavish in 2009, progressing from Analyst to Head of Client Services & helping develop the Insurance Governance service within the UK. Ben left the business in 2014 to join Finalta, a McKinsey subsidiary, as a Senior Manager delivering claims benchmarking projects for commercial insurers across Europe. In 2018 he moved to Aviva UK, establishing and leading their SME Client Relationship team. Ben re-joined Mactavish in 2021 as Technical Director, responsible for managing and delivering client projects across Mactavish’s product suite.
