Connect with meEmma graduated with a BA in English from Merton College, Oxford and also holds an MA in Nineteenth Century Literature and Culture from the University of York. She worked for Mactavish as a research and insurance governance analyst between 2011-2015, before leaving to join Lockton’s Major Accounts team as an Account Manager, handling day-to-day client queries and supporting placement activity. Emma re-joined Mactavish in 2018 as a Senior Analyst. She is a qualified member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, holding a Diploma in Insurance, and was the joint winner of the Insurance Institute of London’s 2016 Commercial Insurance Contract Wording prize.
