David Hertzell
Chairman – Dispute Resolution

David was Managing Partner of city law firm DAC until 2006. He was appointed a Law Commissioner in 2007 until 2014. Today David is Chairman of Mactavish’s dispute resolution practice.

Thomas graduated with an undergraduate MA (hons) in Politics from the University of Edinburgh in 2016. He’s focusing on developing new revenue streams across a variety of sectors within the retail insurance market whilst building and maintaining relationships with UK carriers.

Tal graduated with a BA in History and English from the Queen’s college Oxford and holds a Masters in Public Policy from King’s college London. After working in both academic research and copywriting, she joined Mactavish in September of 2021 as a Junior Analyst.

Arjun graduated with a BA from Girton College, Cambridge in July 2021, where he read Human, Social and Political Sciences – specialising in Politics and Sociology. He has now joined our Technical Placement team.

Will Wright

Will graduated in 2020 with a BA in Archaeology and Ancient History from Durham. He subsequently completed an MST in Classical Archaeology at Oxford, with a focus on Roman architecture. He joined Mactavish in February 2022 as a Junior Analyst.
